By placing an order on The Print Gallery (theprint.gallery), you agree to the following terms.

The Print Gallery is operated by FE BROS. DIGITAL BRANDS LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized in the State of New Mexico, United States.

2. Products

All products are custom-made and made to order. Images displayed on the website are representative of the final product. Minor variations in color, cropping, or framing borders may occur due to printing processes and individual screen calibrations.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and final totals, including applicable taxes and shipping, are shown at checkout. Payment is required and processed securely at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Production & Shipping

Orders enter production once payment is confirmed. Production generally takes 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination within the United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy or contact us immediately at hello@theprint.gallery within 30 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FE BROS. DIGITAL BRANDS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the products. FE BROS. DIGITAL BRANDS LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page and will apply to all orders placed after the date of posting.
